The binder used in injection molding magnets is thermoplastic, and there are two types of nylon (PA) and polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) on the market. The widely used nylon variety in the industry is PA12, which has low water absorption and excellent mechanical properties. PPS has good high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and is insoluble in known solvents below 200 ° C. Compared with the two, the latter is more conducive to use at higher temperatures and harsher environments.
