Working priciple:
By synchronization mechanism of double flyer and 2 PCS 3 phase asynchronous motors, they could make the flyers turn opposite at the same time. While the machine running, the rotor is fixed by 2 PCS winding tools and clamping device, the wires go through wire release and tightening device into sleeve and go out by sliding wheel to wire guiding wheel, then insert to wire slot. Meanwhile, opposite winding at each side could keep the coils to be in the rotor.
Asynchronous motor controls the winding, counter is for turns counting, and manual positioning.
