(2) Application:
The rotor commutator spot welding fuing hot staking machine is suitable for both hook and riser type commutator. The spot welding machine is suitable for home appliance, car and power tool motor armature.
(3) Machine function and characteristic
The commutator welder is automatically indexing, automatically welding, user only need to load and unload the armature. Welding current can be adjusted according to different wire diameter. Easy operation and adjustment.
(4)Common malfunctions and maintenance
Malfunction 1: The panel does not work after turning on the air switch.
Solution 1: Check whether the power supply is connected.
Solution 2: Check whether the air switch is turned on.
Malfunction 2: The cylinder does not work after pressing the start button.
Solution: Check whether the air source is normal.
Malfunction 3: The stepper motor does not rotate or is powerless.
Solution 1: Check whether the automatic/manual switch is in the manual position.
Solution 2: Whether there is any block in the connecting point of the stepper motor.
Malfunction 4: It work, but have no current.
Solution 1: check whether the top/bottom electrode contacts with the commutator.
Solution 2: Check the trigger circuit and module.
Solution 3: Check if the Analogue button in [ on" position
Malfunction 5: Electrify immediately after turning on the machine.
Solution: Check whether any module is broken down or has short circuit.
Malfunction 6: The current is too large.
Solution 1: Turn the current adjusting switch to a lower grade.
Solution 2: The welding time is too long.
