Product Description

Machine inner structure 
This stator powder coating machine contains three parts, power coating unit, power heating unit, and power recycling unit. 
 
A. power coating unit:
1. Because of high pressure electrostatic stable and reliable feature, big power electrostatic high pressure generator device improves electrostatic absorption force, and powder coating rate is also improved. 
 
2. Powder coating fluidization box and powder feeding fluidization box both can be disassembled quickly. It is convenient to completely clean the powder. 
 
3. It is convenient to add powder, and it can be quickly done without over-flow.
 
4. Because of powder blowing device, the powder on rotor surface is removed cleanly, the fixture also is very clean, and it will not affect the powder on the rotor surface. 
 
5. With a operation panel, it is easy to operate. The emergency stop button is interlock with machine. If emergency occurs, machine can be stopped immediately(except for the high frequency water pump, lamp filament and low voltage)
 
6. With a centralized electric control, it is convenient to maintain and repair. 
 
7. This machine adopts frequency speed regulator, which is constant speed, stable, stepless speed regulating. The actual speed and output are subject to the powder quantity cured by high frequency heater. 
 
8. Equipped with auto power feeding device, this machine can add powder automatically without stopping machine. The powder adding volume keeps certain level. Therefore, powder on rotor surface is uniform and power thickness is same. 
 
9. Above the working plate, there is a transparent protection cover (it is made by aluminium material, with a nice appearance and firm structure). There is a door at the key position, convenient for operation. The rotor air cooling device is installed at the backside of the machine monitor and integrated with machine monitor. There is an air suction cover at the top side. 
 
10. The fixtures can be timely conveyed from the unloading area to the loading area by the special fixture transferring device. This can avoid operator commute between loading and unloading area, which improves the production efficiency and cuts down the labor cost. 
 
11. The whole set machine has a nice appearance and reasonable structure. The metal door frame are all powder coated.

B. Powder heating unit  1. This machine adapts high frequency (electronic valve) induction heater, which can heat the rotor quickly and melt the powder, especially the powder stick to the rotor surface. 
2. High frequency cooler adapts advanced frozen type water cooler, with small dimension but good cooling performance. 
 
C. powder recycling unit 
Powder recycling unit adapts one set new model pulse three level powder recycling device. First level is cyclone separating tower. With an auto powder coating area, it can deliver most of the recycled powder back to the powder coating area.
 
The second level is pulse counter blowing device to blow the powder off the filter, so operator no need to clean the powder. Recycling air volume is big enough to effectively avoid powder over-flow, which is helpful for environment protection. 


Production process of this powder coating machine
1. Before rotor doing coating, rotor need to be cleaned and dried (this part, customer need to do it by their machines, Nide suggests to use ultrasonic wave to clean and dry rotor) →
2. Manually put fixture and put the rotor to the transmission screw rod. And rotor will be automatically transferred. → 
3. Electrostatic coating→
4. Blow the fixture and make it clean→ 
5. Power high-frequency heating to make rotor fixed→
6. Strong wind cool→
7. Manually remove the fixture (put fixture onto the conveyor and fixture will be transferred to the loading area) →
8. Put the rotor into oven (Customer need to prepare it). Heat for 40min at 200ºC
