This stator heat-melt machine is suitable for circular heat-melt welding into the motor shell of segmented stator cores. It is a key equipment for stator production such as brushless motors, automobile motors, air-conditioning motors, and washing machine motors. The equipment is divided into circular part, servo positioning part and hot melt part and other actuators. It adopts PLC control and is equipped with color touch screen operation, and the product specification conversion is simple.
