Horizontal type automatic stator coils winding inserter

This system has proved that it can also be utilised for customers with a high level of production.The system is operated by a heavy duty pneumatic cylinder with a controlled smooth movement of operation for the coil inserting sequence.It is very compact and can easily be sited on a work bench therefore not taking up valuable floor space.Loading of coils is quick and simple.The coil inserter takes the headache out of manual coil insertion.

Wedge fedding mode can be set according to different motor.Horizontal Winding Inserting Machine is equipped with human-machine control interface, Horizontal Winding Inserting Machine has the function of status display, malfunction alarm, various parameters setting etc. It has the characteristic of widely application, high automation, easy operation and convenient tooling change.

Machine main function and characteristic
With horizontal frame design, controlled by industrial programmable PLC. It is used for winding and wedge automatically inserting. 
It adopts AC servo motor driving system, AC frequency conversion speed regulation system, pneumatic system. 
It can achieve wedge length setting, feeding, cutting, forming and inserting into stator together with coil automatically. Coil inserting speed can be set at different section. Wedge feeding mode can be set according to different motor. 
Euipped with human-machine control interface, it has the function of status display, malfunction alarm, various parameters setting etc. 
It has the characteristic of widely application, high automation, easy operation and convenient tooling change.

Application:
It is suitable for stators applicated in single phase motor, three phase motor, compressor motor, starter motor, washing machine motor, air condiction ect. 

Operation step of this coil insertion machine
Power on the machine
Insert the wire by winding form
Adjust the tooling according to different model stator
Put stator to the tooling
Set the stator diameter in the touch screen then select the pre-set data.
Press "start" button.
 Machine will automatically do coil inserting.
Take out the stator
