This Automatic rotor wedge slot paper insertion machine is equipped with a touch screen. All the related parameter can be displayed and shown. The wedge material and dimension can be as per customer's requirement. We also provide design service. This machine is easy to operate and it suits different armature types by changing the tooling.

Preparation before installment
Ensure the space is enough for the equipment operation with the dimension of 2330X1550X1450 (including the feeding guide way);
The installment floor should be strong and flat enough;
The power supply is AC 380V and the air pressure is 0.4~0.6Mpa;
Install support Mat: Put the equipment at required place and then adjust the height of the four support mat to 100mm, until there is no any vibration happen and finally tighten the screw of support mat;
Check whether the transferring parts, lock screw and the wire in the power controller are loose or not;
 

Besides paper inserting machine, we also supply different types of electrical insulation materials for stator or armatures, such as insulation paper and insulation wedge with different class degree. DMD Class B/F, DM Class B/F, Polyester film Class E, Red Vulcanized Fiber Class A, NH& NHN, etc.
