Automatic Positioning Armature Dynamic Balancing Machine Adding Weight
This machine automatically measures the unbalancing amount of the armature, automatically stops the armature at the unbalancing position, then operator needs to stick the balancing mud onto the unbalancing position manually. Operator doesn't need to make any mark on the armature(such as sticking reflective sheet, black mark, etc.)
1. Put in machining armature manually
2. Carry out armature's imbalance testing automatically (can start by manual), display and maintain testing data automatically, at the same time, it can display angular difference of left and right imbalance point, simple and easy operation, furthest to avoid faults during operation.
3. Stop at adding weight point (left) automatically, finish adding manually, change to the next adding weight point(right), finish adding manually, test again, and complete balancing adjustment.
4. Take out well-balanced armature, put in unbalanced one.

Machine's efficiency of operations:

2. Cycle of measurement is 6s/piece; usually measure 2-3 times.
