Automatic Two Needles Stator Coil Laing Machine

Safety, quality and efficiency are the cornerstones of our lacing machine. The end turns are laced with a "diamond" stitch pattern. Both sides are laced at the same time and a real knot is being tied at the end.
It is equipped with two needles, each needle for laing each side of stator coils. The needle movement is controlled by servo drive system to complete the lacing work. There are no dangerous manual manipulations of the lead ends necessary. Eliminating the major risk for injuries at a lacing machine.
